Instructions
  1. In a large saucepan, put oil and onion for the sautéed base, then add the peppers and tomatoes cut into quite big pieces, cook them for 10/15 minutes. Add a part of the vinegar and continue cooking for 5/10 more minutes.
  2. Add the remaining vinegar, then start adding - mixing as little as possible - the various types of fish according to their specific cooking time, raising the heat (start from those with a longer cooking time like, for example, cuttlefish or monkfish, then take those which require a medium cooking time, like smoothhound, turbot, cod, bandfish, mullet and weaver fish).
  3. Add some chili powder to taste, season with salt and finish cooking.
